𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗗, 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗘 – The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Balud, under the leadership of Mayor Hon. Rodolfo O. Estrella Jr., through the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) headed by Mr. Cris E. De Leon, extends its sincere appreciation to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office (BFAR ROV) for the fuel subsidy assistance provided to local fisherfolk.

A total of 200 fisherfolk from the municipality have successfully received their fuel subsidies following a thorough validation process implemented to ensure that assistance reaches eligible beneficiaries. With the support of BFAR ROV, we are able to provide tangible help to those who work tirelessly to sustain our local economy.”

Mr. Cris E. De Leon, MENRO Officer, added: “The validation process was carefully conducted to ensure transparency and fairness, and we are pleased that 200 of our fisherfolk are now able to benefit from this program.”
