VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS | The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Bicol joined the nationwide celebration of BFAR’s 79th anniversary by honoring the agency’s decades of public service and recognizing employees for their dedication, loyalty, and commitment to advancing the fisheries sector.
The celebration featured a parade led by BFAR 5 officials and employees, the conferment of Service Loyalty Awards to permanent and Contract of Service (COS) personnel, and recognition of employees who achieved postgraduate degrees in pursuit of professional growth and excellence in public service.
