The Bureau continuously promotes the establishment of mariculture parks in  partnership with the private stakeholders, to address major concerns such as  food security, employment, livelihood, and poverty reduction in coastal areas.  For FY 2023, a total of 38 mariculture parks are targeted to be maintained by  the Bureau located strategically in the country.
