Out of the total fingerlings awarded, 310,175 pieces were requested by the LGU Sipocot-Office of the Municipal Agriculturist for distribution to the different barangays in their municipality. Through the provision of tilapia fingerlings, local fisherfolk and backyard growers are empowered to engage in responsible aquaculture practices while simultaneously bolstering their economic resilience and contribute to the thriving aquaculture industry in the region.
